With any Air Conditioning installation, whether it be domestic or commercial – it is normal to expect maintenance. Taskair have a dedicated team to respond to call outs and problems inside 24 hours to ensure you are never at an inconvenience.
what's the call out process?
As the customer, you can contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue you are experiencing.
After we have diagnosed the issue, we will agree a time and date to attend your premises and fix the problem.
We will attend your premises at the agreed time and date and carry out the maintenance to resolve your issue with a debreif.
Once the work is complete we will send through an invoice with an itemised breakdown of the cost of the maintenance.
